After watching this again, I'm fairly certain Great White Shark is running for office. This smacks of one of those issues-group ads, designed to show us the warm, compassionate side of Great White. Notice how there was no voiceover of “I'm Great White, and I approve this message.” It is the mid-term elections, afterall, and candidates are pulling out all the stops.

Did you see the photographs on the news of the sharks surfing with the surfers? True story. They checked out the photographer and found they are actual photographs (untouched). I thought of you, shooting photos down at the beach of the surfers.
Imagine, sitting on that surf board, with your legs dangling in the water… and then, surfing along on a wave and seeing a 12 foot white shark jumping the waves a few feet away!
Just watch the movie. It's really good.

You will see that on Dive Planet's main website for White Shark Conservation that we link to another White shark Trust, Is this the person you are talking about? If not then can you please provide info to whom you are referring to so that I can link to them as well.
As far as creating confusion there must be some mistake. Please Google white shark conservation nz, or white shark trust, or whatever and you will see there are a lot of conservation websites. I am more than happy to link to any of them if asked as we are all about the same thing “Protecting Sharks”

Hello, my name is Iain Beveridge and I am a Ranger with California State Parks. I am currently making a power point presentation for park users about the importance of preserving the Great White Shark. I am assigned to the SLO coast area of the Californian Coast where there is Great White activity and I am excited about working with the public educating them about the importance of the sharks.
I was wondering if I could use some of your great white shark pictures as part of my presentation. The images would only be used as part of this presentation and I would not be selling the image.
